Browlift

How to achieve a more youthful and refreshed appearance to the area above the eyes you ask?

There is a proven solution to achieving the results you want. This month we offer you a two for one surgery combo to reduce the sad or tired look that your face often takes on with age. Yes, you guessed it – we are talking about eyelid (blepharoplasty) and brow-lift (foreheadplasty) surgery.

Your eyes are the first facial feature people notice about you; why not make it your best feature?

The eyes are often the first to show signs of ageing. The rate of ageing varies from person to person depending on genetics, sun exposure, smoking and stress.

We have combined two surgeries to give you the best outcome possible.

Here is what you can expect:

Eyelid surgery – Blepharoplasty

This surgical procedure is designed to remove fat and excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. This is not just a cosmetic procedure; it is often used to treat conditions such as dermatochalasis & eyelid ptosis (severely drooping eyelids) which are medical conditions recognized by Medical Insurance Carriers. Eyelid Surgery can correct droopy upper eyelids and puffy bags underneath your eyes. The results are long-lasting and surgery is performed with a minimum of intervention.

Brow Lift Procedure

Browlift surgery – Foreheadplasty

In this surgical procedure, the muscles and skin that cause the droopy brow are removed or altered to smooth the forehead, raise the upper eyelids and minimise frown lines. The surgery may range from minimal, as in a composite browlift or endoscopic approach, to a full, open browlift.

Depending on what technique is called for, this procedure has the effect of tightening the skin and muscle over the forehead, thus reducing drooping eyebrows, forehead furrows and frown lines, or simply elevating the sagging eyebrow. This can create a more youthful and less severe look on your face. Often the best results are obtained when Browlift and Upper Blepharoplasty are combined.
